The Company

Choice Apartments Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales, with its registered office situate at 126 Wakefield Street, London E6 1NS, England. Company registration no. 4412794

The main activity of the company is to provide serviced apartments and other types of accommodation for its clients.

Reservation

Confirmation of all reservations requires the client to furnish credit card details including billing address and an authorised form and/ or a deposit, which may vary depending on the actual reservation.

Amendments & Cancellation

Please verify the amendment and cancellation policy for each reservation. The terms and conditions vary from property to property. The company reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £50.00 for any amendments and/or cancellation.

Credit Cards

The company accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards with the exception of Diners, and a surcharge of 3% applies for any Credit Card payments made to Choice Apartments Ltd. There is no surcharge for any UK Debit Card payments.

Cheques

Only cheques drawn from a UK bank are accepted.

Bank Transfer

Information of our banking details is available on request. Please note the full payment, as may be requested, should reach our account net of all bank charges, i.e. all banking charges should be met by the individual using the service of Choice Apartments Ltd.

Liabilities

The information contained within the web site is accurate and correct to all intent and purpose and Choice Apartments Ltd reserve the right to change and amend the information contained therein without prior notification thereof.

Choice Apartments Ltd cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction encountered during your stay in the apartments nor for that matter held liable for any loss or damaged caused during your stay in the apartments.
